All members that did not take the physical given by Partners in Safety on June 10th at St. Matthew's School are required to make their own appointment. This is a very important program and it needs to be completed by October 1st .

Chief Pecylak is requesting that any problems or concerns with the program or Partners in Safety are brought to the attention of Chief Pecylak or Chief Sarfaty. Also please notify your Company Captain when you have completed your physical.

A folder containing the necessary paper work has been given to each Company, to help speed up the process of the physical, please have this paper work ready when you arrive at the office. Following is the information on Partners in Safety:
