The Venture Crew has had 2 meetings & they are still in the process of getting all of their paperwork together, on Wednesday March 19th Jim Lupfer of The Boy Scouts of America handed the Official Venture Crew Certificate to Venture Crew Advisors Marty Gunther, Charles V. Minozzi & Ron Paquette.

ARE STARTING A NEW PROGRAM CALLED
THE “VENTURE CREW”

This program is being designed as a “Junior Fire Department”
for boys and girls, ages 14 to 18 that live in the
Hastings-on-Hudson Fire Department Fire District

The 1st meeting of the Venture Crew will be held on
Wednesday February 20th at 7:30pm
at the Hook & Ladder Building at 50 Main Street

2008 PHYSICAL PROGRAM

THE FIRE DEPARTMENT PHYSICAL PROGRAM WILL CONTINUE IN 2008

WITH JUNE BEING PHYSICAL MONTH

ALL CURRENT MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO EITHER MAKE THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT WITH “PARTNERS IN SAFETY” IN THE MONTH OF JUNE OR ATTEND ST. MATTHEW’S SCHOOL ON 1 OF THE 2 SATURDAYS IN JUNE
 
THESE 2 DATES HAVE NOT YET BEEN SCHEDULED
 
ALL MEMBERS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF NEW MEMBERS) MUST HAVE THEIR PHYSICALS IN JUNE , THIS PROGRAM IS FOR 2008, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT DATE IN 2007 YOU HAD YOUR PHYSICAL.
 
ANY MEMBER NOT HAVING THEIR PHYSICAL BY MONDAY JUNE 30th
WILL BE PLACED ON ADMINISTRATIVE DUTY
